About the founder
Having qualified in France and Canada (in law and business administration), Indra Balassoupramaniane had worked several years in Business and international law within big law firms and international companies (in Canada et France) before specializing in French property law at Tees Law.
Tees Law (former Stanley Tee LLP) is a law firm, founded in 1913, with around 100 solicitors and over 200 employees, based near London with six offices across the East Anglian region. It provides a broad spectrum of legal services to both private and commercial clients.
Within this firm, Indra worked at the French department's (Tee France) and specialised in French property law, succession, inheritance tax planning and cross border estates.
In early 2012, Indra set up her law firm in France, French Property Lawyer, in response to demand from Britons and Anglo-Saxons already based in France in need of legal assistance for managing their property and all their legal affairs in France.
Indra Balassoupramaniane assists her clients with the purchase of their French property by explaining the intricacies of French property law and procedures and help them anticipate and avoid problems

About the team
Anne-Laure has a Law Degree from the University Catholic of Lyon, a Master in Comparative Business Law from the University Catholic of Lyon and University Lumière Lyon II, and a L.LM. in International Business Law from Maynooth University in Ireland.
She also has a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
She has several experiences within diffrerents Law firms based in France, Canada and Switzerland, all specialised in Corporate and Dispute resolution. She is currently taking the Quebec bar.
